Galadium is an interesting vegetable native to Southeast Asia. The elongated stems are eaten, which have a porous tender consistency.
It is mainly used in the preparation of Asian-style dishes, where the dish is prepared only briefly so that the characteristic structure of the stem does not disappear. It is perfect for preparing dishes in a wok pan together with meat and other types of vegetables.
