A mixture of fresh herbs not only for summer barbecues.
Herbs are suitable for grilling sea and freshwater fish, the fish does not need to be marinated:
- Mix the chopped herbs together with olive oil (2 tablespoons) and salt. Add garlic to taste.
- Rub the fish with the mixture of herbs during grilling and finally drizzle with lemon juice.
Packaging: 15 g and 30 g.
Ingredients: sage, lemon thyme and leaf parsley.
