A mixture for the preparation of homemade ginger lemonade.
Peel and grate the ginger (set two slices aside). Pour 1 l of boiling water over the grated ginger and let it steep with cinnamon for a while. Pour the infusion into a larger container, add lime, ice, the rest of the ginger and top up with water or soda. Sweeten to taste.
Ingredients: ginger, lime, brown sugar, cinnamon.
